The Story

For Matt, hot sauce began with work trips to the Southwest, an appreciation for spice incomparable to our frigid climate, and a return trip to Upstate New York with ideas. Years of recipe development ensued, ending with his fiancée telling him to quit tampering with perfection already. OKSC is made in a town like yours by a guy who is just the right amount of “off.”

The Sauce

The sauce is great; that’s it. Despite its name, Off Kilter Sauce focuses on the right balance of ingredients and provides each bottle with a well-rounded and robust flavor. Simple, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients go a long way in making the flavor spectacular. Sauce needs the right ingredients, not the most ingredients, and the right hands to put them together.
